今天，我带给大家的题目是国际化学校的文化建设与路径策略。

Today，I would like to share with you the topic about cultural constructoin and path strategy of internationalized schools.

这个题目很大，但是每一名校长，甚至我们的学部校长，都要努力地去回答这个问题。

This is a broad topic, nonetheless, every school principal, even the deputy principals of departments in our school, should try their best to provide answers to this question.

因为我本身是一个校长，不是什么专家，也不是什么学者和教授。我们和专家教授的对问题的思考，有一个本质区别。

I am no expert, scholar nor professor, the way I approch a quetion or a problem as a school principal is therefore distinctively different from the above professions mentioned.

这个本质区别在于，专家教授提供的所有的意见或发表的文章，都是在给学校提供一种解决问题的可能性，或者是相关性。

All the opinions shared or articles published by experts or professors are meant to be relevant in solving or provide schools with various possibilities to solve current problems.

至于这个问题如何解决，怎么能做好，不是专家操心的事情。但是校长就不一样了。
