我们最根本的问题，不是找到相关性、可能性，而是要找到解决这个问题的好办法。

Our most fundamental job as a school principal is not to find relevance or possibilities, but to find a feasible way to solve the actual problem.   

所以，校长所面临的挑战是，如何依据校情，选择发展学校的一条路径，能够把我们的学校建设好，能够办好。

Therefore the major challenge faced by school principals is how to choose the right path to develop their schools according to their actual situations.

只要去办学校，那么一定会遇到一个问题：就是如何做好学校文化建设？

When involved in school operations, one will certainly encounter a problem: how to do well in building school culture?

不是一所成熟的学校才做文化，是从这个学校开始运筹，要建设之前，学校文化就要先行。

School culture should not be something exclusive to fully developed schools, on the contrary, it should precede the actual construction of a school.
