助力提高课堂质量，济南市教育教学研究院专家“会诊”安生

近日，济南市教育教学研究院专家团队一行到济南市安生学校指导工作，为安生学校的教学“会诊”。

Recently, a team of experts from Jinan Education and Teaching Research Institute came to the middle school of Jinan Thomas School to help the classroom.

据了解，本次调研的目的，是指导教师深入学习新课程标准的内容，促进学校进一步提高课堂教学质量。专家团队一行观摩了语文、数学、物理等各个课堂。

It is understood that the purpose of this survey is to study the content of the new curriculum standards in depth, to improve the quality of classroom teaching. A team of experts watched the Chinese, math, physics and other classes.

语文课上，老师带着学生解读闻一多的《红烛》，感知闻一多的理想和抱负。

In Chinese class, the teacher took the students to interpret Wen Yiduo’s work Red Candle and to perceive his ideal and ambition.

小组合作、组长主持、站立讨论、汇报展示等贯穿在整个课堂中，学生流畅的表达，赢得了专家的的一致好评。

Like the group cooperation, the group leader to lead, standing discussion and presentation throughout the classroom, especially students’ smooth expression won the good praise from experts.

数学课正在讲解《二次函数》，老师结合生活中的实例，把抽象的二次函数变得通俗易懂。

Math class is explaining the quadratic function, the teacher combined the example from daily life and then the abstract quadratic function became easy to understand. 

两人互查、坐庄法的使用，让学生身临其境，逻辑推理贯穿在整节课中，合作学习开展效果好。

The usage of pair check and to be a banker lets the students be personally on the scene, and logical reasoning runs through the whole class.

物理课老师带来了《压力的作用效果》，趣味演示实验引导学生思考“力”的不同效果。

The physics teacher brought the effect of pressure and some interesting demonstration experiments to guide students to think about different effects.

在分组实验中，小组合作，研究压力的作用效果有哪些影响因素。实验中，学生的科学思维与探究能力逐渐形成。

In the group experiment, students studied what are the factors that affect on pressure through group cooperation. In the experiment, students’ scientific thinking and inquiry ability gradually formed.

新旧课标有哪些差异？如何进行大单元教学？如何培养学生的核心素养？如何提出探究性问题？

What are the differences between the new and the old curriculum standards？How to carry out large unit teaching? How to cultivate students’ core literacy? How to ask inquiring questions?

带着这些疑问，初中部各学科组老师和教研员进行了深入交流，认真听取教研员的指导和给出的建议。

With these questions, the junior high school teachers had deep exchanges with researchers.

理化学科：新课标背景下，哪些内容将成为重点？

物理、化学学科教研员，通过分析2023年考试题型的变动，重基础知识，特别是结合新课标进行复习，注重课本在复习中的重要地位。

教研员还就课堂中学生的不同表现，提出课堂的改进建议。

学生做题上应精选题不要贪多贪难，让学生在学习中建立物理学习的自信。

数学学科：复习课怎么上？教研员提出

理、构、化、结、纠五字小技巧：

数学组教研员分析了学生的学习状态，对症下药，和老师们一起商讨如何提高学生的成绩。

理：梳理知识点 构：建构知识联系 化：内化 结：总结 纠：纠错

同时，提出在教学中要有大观念教学的思路，重点是还原教学本质。比如，复习要精准，加强分层教学、个别辅导，有针对性的测试，每次考试记录学生情况，数据是教学的起点，用数据做解决问题的解码器等。

The math researcher analyzed the students’ learning state and they discuss how to improve the students’ grades. 

语文学科：教研员对公开课进行了点评：

充分肯定了课堂合作学习，安排恰当、指令清楚、要求明确，执行高效。此外，老师还注重发挥群动力，让每个孩子发声，尽可能地关注到了每个学生。

同时，也提出了课堂中的小建议：让学生充分诵读，最好能给课堂“留白”。针对如何增强学生课外知识，也给出了专业指导：

要扎实巩固学生的课内所学，从而进行课外迁移，以课内带动课外，提升课外文言文、课外诗歌的学习。

要重视培养学生积累素材的能力，这样才能充实内容。对于教材中部分自读课文，可以有选择地教授，做到详略得当，从而为学生减负。

The Chinese researcher fully affirmed the cooperation teaching method. The steps of it are clear and the tasks for students are clear as well. The language is accurate and the classroom activity of students is improved.
