我走遍了大江南北，小蔡是唯一的一位甘于清贫、十年磨一剑的青年画家。尽管小蔡生活很贫困，但他是“精神的大款”。《中华百年祭》是我们呼唤多年的当之无愧的力作。

I have traveled all over the country and Mr. Cai is the only young painter who, though resigned to poverty, achieved a great success inten years. Poor as he is, he is a "spiritual millionaire". The painting To the Memory of China's One Hundred Years is a true master piece, which we have been calling for for many years.
