Preface
青年艺术家吴霜在深圳举办个展,我表示由衷的高兴并奉上真诚的祝贺。
深圳是一座年轻人的城市,这里平均年龄不满33岁,正是青春热血与追逐梦想的交汇之城。青春飞扬,不仅仅是一座城市人口结构的状态,更是一种城市精神的象征。深圳以它广阔的胸怀接纳每一个年轻的追梦人。
陌上花开,花草温润——这是青年艺术家吴霜此展献给观众的主题。关注和描绘花草题材已成为了吴霜一种源于女性自觉的独有视野,其笔下的花草万状恰如珠玑,有光有态,其色其香,如幻如绮,墨彩相生,形态之魅往往来自瞬间的直觉和情愫。“陌上花开,可缓缓归矣”,作者那一份对自然草卉的亲近之心,也流连于自然蓬勃生命的内在动力。我们在其画中,可以读到作者对大自然的真诚情感,平实温馨,其作品中的草木繁茂意味着春日阳光来临的景象,她用浮想联翩来寻找创作自由,带领我们进入一段绮罗浸润的“若梦”。值得关注的是,吴霜一直专注以东方彩墨的方式进行创作探索和个人技法语汇的锤炼,作者强调:“传承,就必须在自己的知识储存中有传统,有历史,有先贤的创造成果;和当代性结合是因为创作者融汇了现实生活和时代新的审美,并使用创新的手法而成”。在画中,吴霜的作品多运用类似没骨画法的手法,从容渲染的水渍在色墨斑斓流动中形成笔墨肌理的天趣意蕴;水墨的场域中,肆意的色彩,飞扬的笔触,曼妙的植物统一温润地浸润在色墨交融之中,时间恍如凝止,但依然生机勃勃,这是吴霜自觉的“形而上”的水墨表达。
关山月美术馆一直以来关注青年美术发展,重视并践行青年美术展览。多年来,青年艺术家活动已成为我们汇聚青年、发现青年和塑造青年的美术盛会,这一盛会将成为我们憧憬和遥望这个时代动态的青年文化图谱。同时,青年一代艺术家在美术馆平台成长的过程中,找到了群体情感共鸣,重新建立了对他者与自我的想象,延展了创意互动与共性理解、个性发展与文化认同的融合。这正是我们多年追求的工作愿景。

I hereby happily send my sincere congratulations to the solo exhibition of Wu Shuang, a young artist, held in Shenzhen.
Shenzhen is a city for young people, whose population sees an average age of less than 33 years. It is the hub of youthful passion and the pursuit of dreams. Energetic young people do not only account for the large population of the city, but also represent its spirit. Shenzhen accepts all the young dream chasers with its broadness.
Flowers bloom in streets in a gentle and moist manner, the theme presented by young artist Wu Shuang. For Wu, the focus on and depiction of flowers and plants have become a unique perspective rooted in women’s self-awareness. The flowers and plants in her works are like pearls, with light, forms, colors, and fragrance. Like a brocade carpet of ink and color, they present their charm from momentary intuition and emotion. “As the flowers bloom on the roadside, you can start a slow journey to your home.” The author’s intimacy towards the plants also lingers in the internal impetus of the flourishing life of nature. In her paintings, we can find her sincere emotions towards nature, plain and warm. The lush vegetation heralds the scene of spring sunshine. She uses her imagination to search for creative freedom, and leads us into a picturesque and immersive “dream”. It is worth noting that Wu has always explored and refined her technical vocabulary through Eastern color and ink painting. The author emphasized that “Inheritance requires tradition, history, and the creative achievements of predecessors in one’s knowledge storage. It must be combined with modernity, because the creator integrates real life and new aesthetics of the times, and uses innovative techniques.” Wu often takes a boneless painting technique, calmly rendering water stains that form a heavenly charm of ink texture in the colorful flow of ink. In the field of ink painting, the unrestrained tones, dancing brushstrokes, and graceful plants are uniformly and warmly immersed in color and ink. Time seems to be frozen, but remains vigorous. This is Wu’s conscious “metaphysical” expression of ink painting.
Guan Shanyue Art Museum has always attached importance to young artists and their exhibitions. Over the years, their activities have become grand art events for us to gather, discover, and shape young people, and constituted a cultural map we long for and look forward to in this era. At the same time, the younger generation of artists, when growing up on the art museum platform, have found emotional resonance with their peers, re-established their imagination of others and themselves, and extended the integration of creative interaction with common understanding, as well as individual development with cultural identity. This is exactly the vision we have been committed to for years.

画家简介
吴霜,出生于艺术世家,祖籍江苏东台,生长于南京。曾求学于澳门理工大学、北京语言大学,2011年毕业于南京艺术学院美术学院书法系。2021年被授予“丝路青年文化使者”称号,2022年获德国“东方之隐——第六届德中青年艺术家发展基金联展”“优秀奖”,作品《它在墨色空濛中》获第39届“佛罗伦萨文学与艺术奖”绘画类铜奖。
现为国家三级美术师,中国民主同盟盟员,中国女画家协会会员,李可染画院青年画院特聘画家,北京市海淀区美术家协会理事,北京市海淀区书法家协会会员,南京市青年美术家协会理事。
先后于北京、南京、澳门等地举办个展,作品多次入选国内外重要展览,被意大利贝内文托市市政府、德中文化交流基金会、为奥运喝彩组委会、南京市美术馆、澳门理工大学、郑州理想国等机构收藏。
在创作的同时,她还为同道策展。2018年8月,策划《治愈系之仰望星空展》(北京·今日美术馆)。2020年4月,吴霜的摄影作品《夕阳红》《远方》入选线上展览“惠风和畅——当代女性艺术家邀请展”(北京)。
